Shipping and Returns
Shipping:
We try to keep it fast and cheap.
Domestically, our orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation included. Upon fulfilling your order, we’ll drop you an email letting you know that your order has been shipped and will include the delivery confirmation number.
We ship by weight and zone (shipping from Northern California). Shipping a single jersey to anywhere in the US will run a little over four bucks. In our shopping cart page you can get a shipping estimate based on the products in your order.
Turnaround:
Orders received Mon–Sat are usually shipped same day or, if received after 1pm PST/PDT (GMT -8), the next day via USPS with delivery confirmation (origin: Santa Rosa CA). US customers should receive merchandise within 1–4 business days of order. Should a particular order be out of stock, you will be contacted by an operative of Elevengear.
Returns:
Returns gladly accepted when returned in “as new” condition. Bottles are nonreturnable for health reasons. Operatives of Elevengear shall be responsible as to what constitutes returnable merchandise (but we’re pretty lenient and flexible). Exchanges for other sizes or for different product okay within 30 days. Refunds okay for unopened/unused product if returned within 15 days. Shipping & handling is nonrefundable, however.
International shipments:
We charge just an extra $6 for international postage. Also we’ll send you your receipt via email PDF for your convenience, as we tend to not include receipts in overseas packages, unless you request it. We’ll try hard on our end to minimize any VAT or duty issues but ultimately any extra tax, duty or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.
At present, our carrier (USPS) offers Electronic USPS Delivery Confirmation International on foreign orders to the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland.
Shipments to all other countries offer tracking only until they leave the U.S.
Finally, we reserve the right to decline an order — refunding the customer’s money in full — for orders that appear fraudulent.
